Pina2 — Terms of Use

By accessing or using Pina2, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the service.

Language Notice

These Terms of Use are originally drafted in English.
A Russian translation may be provided for convenience.
In case of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

1. Introduction

Pina2 is a closed, invitation-only social platform designed as a curated space
for private communication and community interaction.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Pina2 website
and applications.


2. Eligibility and Access

Pina2 is intended for users aged 18 and over.
By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Users must confirm their age during registration.
Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately removed.

Access to Pina2 is provided by invitation only.
Pina2 is a curated community, and we reserve the right to approve, restrict,
or revoke access to the service at our sole discretion.

We may revoke access without prior notice if a user’s activity is deemed
inconsistent with the values, philosophy, or intended use of the Pina2 community,
even if no specific rule violation has occurred.


3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
Impersonation of another person or organization is not permitted.


4. User Content and Confidentiality

You are responsible for the content you create, share, or distribute within Pina2.

Content shared within private messages, closed clubs, or private communities
is considered confidential.

You may not copy, record, screenshot, redistribute, or disclose content
from private messages, closed clubs, or private communities outside the platform
without the explicit consent of the original author.

Violation of this confidentiality obligation may result in immediate
account suspension or termination.


5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Pina2 is a closed social space designed for respectful, safe,
and intentional communication.

You may not create, share, or distribute content or engage in conduct that:

• is illegal under applicable law
• promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• involves harassment, threats, or abuse
• contains sexual content involving minors
• violates the privacy or rights of others
• includes non-consensual, exploitative, or deceptive material
• is intended for fraud, spam, or scams
• impersonates another person or organization
• involves data scraping, automated collection, or analysis of user data
• uses bots, scripts, or tools to monitor, analyze, or extract community activity
• attempts to deanonymize or identify users without their consent
• pornographic material or explicit sexual acts
• graphic nudity or sexually explicit imagery
• commercial sexual services, escorting, or solicitation
• use of the platform primarily for dating or adult entertainment purposes

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict visibility,
or suspend or terminate accounts in order to protect the community
and comply with legal obligations.


6. Clubs and Communities

Pina2 supports both open and closed clubs and communities.

Closed clubs may be created and managed by users or partner organizations.
Access to closed clubs is limited to approved members.

Closed clubs operated by non-commercial organizations
may be provided free of charge.
Additional features or services may be offered under separate terms.

7. Moderation and Enforcement


We reserve the right to moderate content and user activity in order to:

• protect the safety and integrity of the community
• prevent abuse, misuse, or harmful conduct
• enforce these Terms of Use
• comply with applicable laws and legal obligations

Moderation actions may include content removal, restriction of visibility, access limitation, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

Pina2 actively enforces its content policies through user reporting mechanisms and manual review by administrators.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, review, or evaluate user-generated content, including posts, club content, and profile information, in order to ensure compliance with these Terms and maintain a safe environment.

Private messages are not routinely monitored. However, reported content or content reasonably suspected of violating these Terms may be reviewed when necessary to prevent abuse, illegal activity, or security risks.

We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion to protect the community and the integrity of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property and AI Training

You retain ownership of the content you create within Pina2.

By using the service, you grant Pina2 a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable right to store, display, and process such content
solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining,
and improving the service.

AI and Data Insights

To enhance user experience and support the development of community features,
Pina2 may use aggregated, de-identified, or non-private information
(such as content shared in open clubs, publicly visible posts,
and general community trends) to develop internal analytics,
insights, and artificial intelligence systems.

Private messages, closed club content,
and personal identifiers are strictly excluded
from any AI training or automated analysis processes.


9. Service Availability

Pina2 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue
any part of the service at any time.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law,
we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Your use of Pina2 is at your own risk.


11. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access
if you violate these Terms of Use or applicable law.

If an account is deleted at the user’s request:

• the user profile and publicly visible content
may be deleted or depersonalized
• private messages remain available to conversation participants
in encrypted form
• the deleted user will no longer be identifiable to other users

We do not guarantee recovery of content after account deletion.


12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws
of the Republic of Poland,
without regard to conflict of law principles.
