1
A dedicated server, not a shared tenant Your syndicate runs on its own server and its own database, provisioned for your syndicate alone. We configure it,
operate it and hold the keys, so nobody on your side has to run infrastructure — and your member list
is never in the same database as another syndicate’s.
2
Nobody gets in without you The app is invite-only. Members join through a personal single-use link, or through a QR code that you
can time-limit — useful for onboarding a room at an event. Every member traces back to a person and
the code they came in on, visible in your admin panel.
3
A deal room is visible only to its members Documents, discussion and allocation requests inside a deal room are visible to the people you
admitted to that room — not to everyone who has the app. Closed rooms require your approval
to join; open rooms admit automatically. You choose per room.
4
No money and no bank details pass through Pina2 carries an allocation request: a name and an amount. Wires, subscription documents, the SPV,
the cap table and K-1s stay with your provider, your lawyer and your bank. There is no payment rail
in the product, so there is nothing in it to compromise.
5
No trackers, no ad SDKs, no profiling We do not embed third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not track members across
other apps or sites. Crash and usage data stay on your server. A member’s country or city appears
only if that member typed it into their own profile.
6
Moderation and removal are yours You approve join requests, assign roles to partners, and can block, kick or ban a member.
Reports on messages and members come to you, with an in-app support channel for your members.
7
You can leave and take everything Member list, deal rooms, documents and message history export from the admin panel at any time,
in open formats — not only on the way out. If you stop working with us we give you notice and keep
your server running for 30 days, so there is time to export everything and to tell your members yourself.
8
Store requirements are handled Apps with member-to-member messaging must meet App Store and Google Play safety rules, including
published child safety standards and a working reporting and blocking flow. We prepare all of it and keep
those requirements met as the stores change them; the app is published from your own developer account.
Encryption, backup schedule, retention periods and region of deployment are agreed at scoping
against your own policy rather than imposed as defaults.
If your side has a security questionnaire, send it over and we will fill it in.
